RETURN POLICY If you return a defective or unwanted product purchased from Serola Biomechanics, Inc., you are responsible to pay the shipping fee to return the product.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- Returned merchandise must be received in its original packaging (unopened) with no evidence of use.
- Please include a copy of your packing slip.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you purchased with a credit card you will receive credit back to the original card.
- All returns must have a return authorization (RA) code from Serola Biomechanics, Inc. before sending the product back. Please contact Serola Biomechanics Inc. via email at sales@serola.eu or call 1-800-624-0008 for the RA code prior to shipping. Returns will not be accepted or credited if this number is not present with the return.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking/ return fee. We suggest shipping your return via a traceable method.
- The customer is responsible for insuring items that are sent back to us as we will not be responsible for lost items.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you return a non-defective product for a size and/or style exchange, you are responsible to pay the shipping fee to return the product. You may be subject to other charges such as a 15% restocking/ return fee and you will then be charged to re-ship the new product. A credit card must be provided to exchange a product.
