Shipping Policy
- All shipping charges must be prepaid.
- Once an order has been placed it will ship the following business day.
- The shipping rate will depend on the shipment destination and total weight of the package.
- No delivery to P.O. Boxes. The customer must put their physical address as the destination for the shipment.
- Serola Biomechanics, Inc. has the right to delay shipments if the proper information needed is not given by the customer for billing or shipping. In these cases, a Serola representative will contact the customer to obtain the proper information and notify them of the delay.
