RETURN POLICY

If you return a defective or unwanted product purchased from Serola Biomechanics, Inc., you are responsible to pay the shipping fee to return the product. 
  1. All returns must be made within 30 days of your original purchase date. 
  2. Returned merchandise must be received in its original packaging (unopened) with no evidence of use.
  3. Please include a copy of your packing slip.
  4. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you purchased with a credit card you will receive credit back to the original card. 
  5. All returns must have a return authorization (RA) code from Serola Biomechanics, Inc. before sending the product back.  Please contact Serola Biomechanics Inc. via email at sales@serola.eu or call 1-800-624-0008 for the RA code prior to shipping.   Returns will not be accepted or credited if this number is not present with the return. 
  6. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking/ return fee.  We suggest shipping your return via a traceable method.
  7. The customer is responsible for insuring items that are sent back to us as we will not be responsible for lost items.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you return a non-defective product for a size and/or style exchange, you are responsible to pay the shipping fee to return the product. You may be subject to other charges such as a 15% restocking/ return fee and you will then be charged to re-ship the new product. A credit card must be provided to exchange a product.
